Love the atnosphere and who can complain with having a beautiful water view while tasting wine. Service was quick and they were very kind and informative. We both enjoyed flights of their wine. I'm hoping to visit their vineyard next time! The wine tasting bar is a great option for a quick stop and preview of what they offer!
My review is based mainly on our server Pim, she was just so bubbly. The tasting room was very busy and she was alone in the service of wine and drinks. She continued to smile and make everyone feel as if they were the blue ones in the tasting room. Ashley, was awesome. She couldn't do enough for the patrons as she prepared and served the guests their food orders. The view was spectacular, the service matched. I will definitely return when in the area. Stunning views in the lakefront, outdoor seating area. Not super crowded but they do run a wine boat tour so the place does get a bit busy for a half-hour leading up to the tour departure. We tried the River Run Rosé which was light, crisp, and sweet. The baba ganoush was creamy, savory, and sweet. The whipped goat cheese dip had a light texture and definitely on the sweeter side due to the honey. Roast beef in the roast beef sandwich was juicy.
Had a wine tasting at Coyote Moon, outside of Clayton. A friend recommended it for breakfast or lunch. I had the shrimp taco special. OMG! Three tacos with grilled shrimp, cabbage, corn salsa, then topped with the most delicious sauce! Order from a food shack, eat in the tent or outside. Such a gem!
